Just six weeks after the condo association for Park Tower in Edgewater sued a building resident for having a bedbug infestation, a different condo owner in the building is getting litigious over bedbugs. The plaintiff, Christopher Parker, who rents out a unit in the building, is suing the association and another resident for bringing a bedbug-sniffing dog into the building. Previously, the board, desperate to sniff out possible infestations, had threatened to break into Parker's unit by drilling the lock off his door in order to get the pooch in his unit. [Crain's]
