"I have been inside this building. Its great for parking a bicycle or motor cycle. Parking a car there is next to impossible. The spaces are crammed together so tightly that once you're parked, opening a door is out of the question. There are oddly angled support beams jutting out everywhere. The psychedelic color scheme on the outside is the least of this building's problems. It seems the architect and contractor were eating psychedelic mushrooms during the designing and building of this structure. Last but not least, there seem to be cracks developing in the concrete.
