Tracking repeat sales of the same properties over the past 10 years in all of Chicago's 252 local zip codes, the company Fiserv found that 60640, the zip code covering Uptown and Andersonville, posted the biggest increase in home prices with a climb of 39.3 percent. Nearby Lincoln Square and Ravenswood were not far behind, with an increase of 38.2 percent. Does this at least partially validate Uptown's victory in the 2010 Curbed Cup? [Chicago Real Estate Daily]
