The Henry Rohkam House is back, at a lower price We've admired the ornate, 125-year-old Victorian home from afar for some time, and although the current owners have been trying to sell the place since 2008, the listing had been taken off the MLS -- until now. Over the winter, listing agent Rodolfo Zavala told Curbed that the 6,000-square-foot home had been completely restored and "done in high Victorian" by the current owners. He wasn't kidding. The dizzying wallpaper, tiling and carved molding inside the home are almost as detailed and flamboyant as the terra cotta exterior. The backyard with the gazebo looks rather lovely (Zavala told us previously that it sits on 3.5 city lots), as does the 2,000-square-foot coach house which matches the main house. The 6BD, 6BA home is now priced at $2.75 million, which is $1.15 million less than it was originally priced at in 2008.
