Chicago-area Frank Lloyd Wright homes aren't exactly flying off the shelves these days. So when a Wright house in Glencoe hit the market last month with "needs some TLC" and "sold 'as is'" in the listing copy, conditions were ripe for a bit of price choppage. The The 3BD, 1.5BA Charles R. Perry House in the Wright-designed Ravine Bluffs subdivision hit the market last month for $699,000, but it didn't take long for the sellers to take out the trimming shears. Over the weekend, it was reduced to $550,000. Commenters on a previous post took some shots at the furniture, but as the listing says, we'll take it as-is.
