Last week, we spotted an unusual listing in Lincoln Park, with a couple of rooms that looked sort of like a nightmarish Bedouin tent. Turns out, the home next door is also on the market, and it has a similar funky / shape-shifty form (but it's much larger). The 5BD, 5BA home has 8,000 square feet of floor space, and although it probably isn't for everyone, it looks much more inviting than its next door neighbor. The home has soaring, two-story ceilings in the ground floor living areas, and a big glassy solarium off the kitchen. The listing says it has 2,000 square feet of sun decks, including a round roof deck with a pretty nice view. The place has been on and off the market for the past four years, with several price reductions (although we don't have the full price history), and it still hasn't sold. It's now priced at $2.8 million.
