A Penthouse in The Pinnacle with a Pair of Big Terraces

New, 10 comments

Last week, our cousins over at Curbed National listed this 45th-story penthouse in The Pinnacle as one of the top bachelor pads in the country. With a pair of 1,000-square-foot terraces (one of which has a custom putting green built into it) and a 1,500-bottle wine cellar, it's easy to see how it earned that distinction. The 5,500-square-foot palace in the sky has been on the market for a full year, and in that time the listing price has stood fast at $8.9 million, without a single reduction. Inside, the listing agent says the condo has "great flow," and invites buyers to "feel like you own the city and call this place home." In addition to the big terraces, the place also has four additional balconies, all of which appear to have pretty excellent city views. The unit last sold for $5 million soon after it was built in 2005.
