What Track Will Rahm Take?

Chicago has a new mayor today! But instead of whooping it up with Joe Biden in Millennium Park, let's take a look at some of the work that lays ahead for him. Yonah Freemark from The Transport Politic has been sifting through Rahm's transition plan, and he thinks some big changes could be in store for Chicago's ailing transportation system. With Gabe Klein heading up CDOT, more resources will surely go towards non-automotive transportation, but is Rahm capable of renovating and improving key portions of the CTA?
