Price Continues to Fall on Funky Art Deco Outlier

New, 1 comment

It's certainly unique, but what'll it take to sell this funkalicious Art Deco single-family in Forest Glen? The 3BD, 2BA home has been on the market since July, when it was listed at $649,900. Since then, the price has dropped nearly $100K, bringing it down to $555,000. The place was built in 1941, and the listing says it has "horizontal orientation" (we're not entirely sure what that's supposed to mean). The exterior, which looks sort of like a cubist interpretation of a bulldog, really steals the show. The interior is looking a little dated, but it looks perfectly livable. The home sits on a 45' x 165' lot, and it has an attached garage, a three-season patio, and a large second-story terrace.
