A handful of Frank Lloyd Wright homes are currently for sale in the Chicago suburbs, and they share some common (non-architectural) features: Almost all of them have been on the market for over a year, and most have seen serious price reductions in that time. For an entry-level Wright, you can snatch up the Furbeck House in Oak Park for $799K; or, if you have some serious money to throw around, you can re-integrate the main Coonley House with its bedroom wing (which is being sold separately) for about $4 million.
