In what has become an almost bi-monthly occurrence, the price has again been reduced on this rocky Lakeview duplex that we've been tracking since the winter. Last month, we reported that the sellers had opted for the chisel, knocking $20,000 off the price. This week, they've upgraded to a pickaxe, reducing it another $30,000. The 1,925-square-foot unit hit the market in November for $575,000, and it's now down to $449,500. We can't say for certain, but the Fraggle Rock decor and the Vegas-style 'grotto' might be scaring off buyers. Maybe. The rent has also been reduced, from $3,495 to $2,950 per month.
