There are scores of former storefronts that have been converted to living space in Chicago's neighborhoods, but few pull it off as well as this home in North Center. According to BlockShopper, the home has 2,140 square feet of living space, and it last sold for $720,000 in 2005. It came back on the market yesterday for $750,000.
