Yet another long-stalled condo building will return to the market as rentals. YoChicago has the scoop on a four-story condo building at Division and Marion in Wicker Park where work has resumed, and it appears to be nearing completion. The building had been an eyesore, exposed to the elements for about two years after the developer defaulted on the construction loan. Soon, it'll come back to the market with 11 rental apartments, underground parking, and an "eco-chic" restaurant in the ground-floor retail space. Completion is scheduled for late spring, according to Yo.
