According to an old Deal Estate column, Ron renovated the home, moving an original built-in shelving unit, installing an industrial stainless-steel kitchen, and adding a glass-enclosed sun room. The sun room looks out on the 1/3-acre landscaped back yard with a small pond. Soon after he listed the home, Ron starred in a LX.TV video segment in which he rides a skateboard around the house ("having 4,600 square feet on the main level, I needed a form of transportation," he says).
