Hey, Where Did Everyone Go?

As you've likely heard already, results from the 2010 census show that Chicago lost about 200,000 residents over the past decade. Where did they all go? Many places, probably. This map, which the Tribune released earlier this week, tracks the population in each census tract (brown=fewer people; purple=more people; white=stayed the same), showing that the distant suburbs and downtown Chicago got denser, while many neighborhoods lost people.
