Since we learned that a six-unit apartment building at the corner of Bell and Grace was being converted into a mega-mansion in early December, we've been borderline obsessed with the place. This week, Dennis Rodkin turned his gaze on the 8,000-square-foot palace, touring it with builder Bill Varney, and he appears to like what he sees. The home has already been visited by the PriceChopper twice since it debuted in February at $2.99 million in February. It's now priced at $2.49 million. Chicago mag has more photos of the interior.
