The Easter-pastel paint job probably isn't for everyone, but there's plenty to like about this vintage Lincoln Park condo, which is located on a nice stretch of Armitage Ave. When we last looked at the place, we focused on that cozy turret with the built-in banquette. Beyond the banquettes, the 2,000-square-foot condo appears to have loads of seating and entertaining space, and according to the listing, there are 19 windows hidden behind those billowing curtains. Since November, the price dropped by $25,000, inching closer to the 2003 sale price of $467,000. The current asking price is $549,900.
