It's time for our monthly update on architect Peter Bukowski's 8,650-square-foot Lincoln Park mansion, which just received another healthy price reduction. It reportedly took four years to build the place, and it's beginning to look like it might take just as long to sell it. Four weeks ago, the price was lowered by $500,00, and yesterday it took another hit and was reduced by another $275,000. The home, which was originally listed in early 2009 for $6.25 million is now priced at $3.87 million. Follow the links below for more background info on the place.
