During the night of Chicago's epic blizzard on Feb. 1, graffiti writers took advantage of the whiteout conditions and blanketed the neighborhood in spray paint. According to 32nd Ward Ald. Scott Waguespack, about 400 buildings were hit on one night during the blizzard, transforming the 'hood into "something resembling an 80s music video," as the Streets of Wicker blog put it.
