EVERYWHERE—DIY fro-yo spot Forever Yogurt told Eater about plans for a major Chicago-area expansion this year, bringing the total shops to 12 in 2011. One of the first, on Belmont in Lakeview, will have a Red Line theme and possibly even a retired "El" car.
