Architect Laurence Booth recently sold his 21st-story condo in 30 West Oak, a popular Gold Coast high-rise designed by his firm, Booth Hansen. According to the Trib, Booth purchased the 3,020-square-foot unit for $1.4 million in 2007 and sold it to his neighbors across the hall for $2.16 million in December, making a remarkable $760,000 profit on the unit.
