"I don't think it's terrible. The parking entrance seems to not face the street which is a pleasant surprise. From what I can tell there is retail at the base, and some greenery on the amenity floor. I dunno, if they chose the right materials I think it could turn out to be a nice enough building, certainly not groundbreaking nor offensive. If we're lucky, this development would spur a rehab of that awesome fire station next door.
