The Silver Screen

Over on Curbed National, they're busy amping up the anticipation over a first-ever Frank Lloyd Wright feature film. Taliesin, named for FLW's Wisconsin home, is in early production, having just lined up Director Bruce Beresford (Driving Miss Daisy, Double Jeopardy). It purports to represent only a small fraction of Wright's long, storied career. As the name suggests, we might expect the plot to cleave to the sordid history of Taliesin— the 1914 murder of Wright's married mistress. Parts of the film may be shot in Chicago. [Curbed National]
