Victorian Charm in Wrightwood Neighbors

Chicago is a city of neighborhoods, so they say, but if you want to get down & dirty, it's really a city of micro-neighborhoods. Ask someone who lives near Jonquil Park where they live, and they might tell you Wrightwood Neighbors, one of the many micro-'hoods of Lincoln Park. There we find this baby-blue Victorian that's dwarfed by the hulking three-story homes that surround it. Although it look small from the street, the 2,800-square-foot interior actually looks quite roomy, and the listing indicates that there's room to grow or add on to the home (but that of course would cut into the outdoor space). The 3BD, 2.5BA home has been on the market since June, and in that time the price has dropped more than $100K to the current list of $889,900.
