Eastgate Village Auction Results

After five weeks of Sheldon Good $ Co's marketing in advance of the Eastgate Village auction, the results are in on yesterday's big event. Sixteen condos and townhouses sold for between $112K and $322K. Prior to the auction, C.O.O. Mark Troen had expressed to Curbed a minimum goal of 10 sales, and he seems pleased with the results, stating in a press release that they "were able exceed the seller's price expectations", and that "given the interest in yesterday's auction, the remaining residences should sell very quickly". Of course, what else is he supposed to say? A follow-up two-day "sales event" this weekend will seek to unload the remaining 10 properties. [Press Release, previously]
