After five weeks of Sheldon Good $ Co's marketing in advance of the Eastgate Village auction, the results are in on yesterday's big event. Sixteen condos and townhouses sold for between $112K and $322K. Prior to the auction, C.O.O. Mark Troen had expressed to Curbed a minimum goal of 10 sales, and he seems pleased with the results, stating in a press release that they "were able exceed the seller's price expectations", and that "given the interest in yesterday's auction, the remaining residences should sell very quickly".
