In a district of large lots and homes, this 5,000 sf 1901 Victorian still manages some salient qualities: It's deep-set in its 0.8 acre lot, with an equivalent amount of front and back yard; there's an enormous wrap-around porch; a lounge-y master bath that looks a bit like a waiting room; and a host of other strangely-configured rooms. Furthermore, the ask has plummeted from 1.275M in May to $999K by late October. One could reason its quirks are holding it back, although maybe the right people just aren't seeing it. There could well be more reductions before this one goes. Perhaps before we return from the long weekend!
