"Enough with the TOD mentions everyone. Practically the entire city would be considered a TOD (within 1/2 mile of transit stop). Save the TOD talk for the suburbs and metra stations. TOD's were developed by the self loathing new urbanists to overcome the guilt of developing prime farmland into exurban housing. We should build in the City at a comfortable density to support shared services and walkability. In any event, I'd be fine with a tall building here considering its context, irrespective of the underlying zone and adjacency to the Red Line." —Anon ["Tower of Jewel" Makes a Claim on Clark and Division]
