This just in: The winner of the HGTV Urban Oasis Giveaway has been named. Deborah Robertson of Baltimore won the snazzy one-bedroom pictured above, on the 35th floor of Trump International Hotel & Tower. Valued above $750K, the condo comes fully furnished and custom-designed by HGTV"s Vern Yip. Features include floor-to-ceiling windows, high-end kitchen, and ridiculous building amenities. This is HGTV's second annual giveaway, and the first in Chicago. According to the press release, there were 14 million participants— slimmer odds than most state lotteries. So this is what it takes to land your dream home. Lets all start winning stuff!
