Update: C'mon now! Let's all be good sports and heed the PriceSpotter. A few of you can play along, surely. Don't force us to incentivize up in here!
PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Monday we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!
What/Where: 1BR, 1BA 7th floor condo in the Near West Side.
Square Feet: 1,015.
The Skinny: On the market since May, this loft unit in a converted nine-story 1949 building boasts 12' ceilings (though it looks like they're pushing 11' to us), cork floors, a fireplace, and wide windows. The building kicks in a doorman, gym, extra storage, and a shared sun deck with views of Union Station. The ask has been chopped twice. Parking is an extra 30K. Dues: $373/mo.
The Catch: Square footage is estimated, and highly suspect.
