Eric Rojas of Prudential Rubloff tickled Curbed today with a little information. Apparently, the last of the developer-owned units at the Elysian are under contract. We dug up the listing on one: a floor-through unit, clocking in at 7,400 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms and 5 baths. It's at the top of the heap at $5.999M. The 46th-floor condo has all the imaginable amenities, including the building's pool, spa, concierge, and 24-hour room service— perks of living above a hotel. Having just yesterday reported on 3 sales at The Park Hyatt, we didn't want to omit the rumblings over at Lucien Lagrange's thimble-topped edifice. In addition to the 6 developer-owned units under contract, there are two re-sales being offered up.
We don't know how long the building will be called The Elysian, given rumors of a sale, but we suspect it'll be luxury by any name. Disclaimer: These pictures are of a model unit. The space is currently raw.
