Last month, YoChicago posted an aerial rendering of the "owners' park" at Lincoln Park 2520. Turns out, that image was just one of several renderings of the private park. These renderings from the development's Facebook page show detailed plans for the Thomas Balsley Associates-designed park, down to the hydrangeas and marigolds. "At that size, its not a park. Its a poop lot for dogs," wrote a Curbed commenter in response to the aerial shot of the one-acre park. Although it seems likely that that grassy field will serve as a litter box for the building's dogs, the outdoor space does look like quite a bit more than just a "poop lot." The renderings also show the Saint Francis Xavier Cabrini chapel, which Ricker-Murphy is preserving.
