There has been quite a bit of movement in the Andrew Rebori-designed Fisher Studio Houses since the building was converted to condos a decade ago, but one home that hasn't changed hands is Unit 13, the largest in the building. The 2,200-square-foot condo was the subject of a 2008 Architectural Digest spread, and it received a visit from Chicago mag's Dennis Rodkin the following summer. According to those sources, photographer Michael Marienthal bought the place for $599,000 in 2000, and, with the help of architect Darcy Bonner, he gutted it and expanded the master bedroom. The result is pretty splendid, but it still hasn't sold, and the price has been adjusted and readjusted several times in the past two years. According an old Deal Estate column, the place was first listed in 2008 for $1.675 million, and later dropped to $1.375 million. Now, it's listed at $1.39 million.
