Yesterday, we reported a mini price reduction of $180,000 on Bob and Karen Ranquist's converted warehouse, but we missed another one on the other side of the neighborhood. On the same day, Sherif Mityas took a little nibble out of the asking price for his 7,800-square-foot mansion (which we've written about previously here), reducing it by $200,000, to $4.7 million. It's a rather insignificant 4-percent drop (Ranquist's was just 5.5 percent), but it's interesting that the owners of both of these massive homes lowered the price on the same day. Who will be the next to blink?
