Almost five years have passed since ground was broken on Waterview Tower, but it sounds like work might finally continue on the stalled tower. Over the weekend, Crain's reported that developer Michael Reschke (who just developed the new JW Marriott) has reached an agreement to buy the unfinished 26-story structure from a group of lenders. Reschke wouldn't divulge his plans, but unnamed sources told reporter Alby Gallun that he plans to complete the originally-planned hotel in the building's lower floors and build offices on the upper floors.
