Price Slips on Ranquist Warehouse-Mansion in Bucktown

New, 3 comments

Your comments count, Curbed readers. On Thursday, we recognized Bob and Karen Ranquist's renovated Bucktown warehouse in the "Best Design" category of the Curbed Awards. Commenting on the post, untitledreality applauded the selection, but predicted some "big reductions over the next year though," adding that it was "just a tad to big and pricey for the current Bucktown market IMO." Four days later, the 8,600-square-foot home has been reduced by $180,000, to $3.1 million. Not an enormous reduction, in terms of percentage, but a significant drop nonetheless. The rental price hasn't changed; it's still listed for $12,900 per month.
