Rent or Buy Rebori-Goldberg Glass Block Sanctuary

Do you have a special affection for glass block (and a spare $2.5 million kicking around)? Architect Andrew Rebori designed this Gold Coast wonder in 1938 as a multi-apartment building (along with this one, located just a few blocks to the north), and it was later converted into a single mansion by Bertrand Goldberg in the '50s. Former Museum of Contemporary Art director Robert Fitzpatrick owned the 5BD, 5BA home until 2006, when it sold for $2.2 million. It's also available for rent, for $8,750 per month.
