Work Starts, Stops at Row2750 in Lincoln Park

Row2750, LV Development's high-end townhouse development at the corner of Lakewood Avenue and Diversey Parkway in Lincoln Park, was supposed to be one of the few bright spots in Chicago's bleak new-construction landscape for 2010.
