The Chicago Architecture Foundation is the architecture community's governing body in a city of tall buildings, so doesn't it deserve a skyscraper of its own? A lovely idea, except that CAF only occupies a fraction of the 17-story Santa Fe Building, and it would hardly need a 50+-story skyscraper in which to spread out.
