The page is little more than a placeholder at this point, but it does reveal one thing: Developer Harrington Brown is planning to build a mixed-use development right next to the Montrose Brown Line station at 1819 W. Montrose St. that will feature rental apartments, retail and office space. Last month, a listing appeared for an 8,000-square-foot retail space. "Great for restaurant, upscale grocery or other neighborhood business," says the listing. The listing also shows these elevation renderings, drawn by Wilkinson Blender Architects, which are almost identical to previous plans WBA developed for the Montrose Art Center.
