This probably isn't the direction Sandz Development wants the Webster Square discussion to head. Sandz partner Richard Zisook told the Sun-Times that if they aren't able to get a zoning change for the proposed mixed-use development, they could convert it back to medical offices and a small hospital. As reporter David Roeder notes, "Zisook may have made a mistake in mentioning that; medical offices might be something the neighbors would endorse." [Sun-Times]
