Back in 2007, then-Blackhawks player Tuomo Ruutu was mistakenly arrested for attempted robbery when he was out jogging in Bensenville. It was probably the most eventful thing that happened to him during his time in Chicago, as he played on some very forgettable Hawks teams before and after the '04-'05 lockout. "I was just in the wrong spot at the wrong time," he said afterward. Looks like Ruutu bought the wrong condo at the wrong time, too, because a year after closing on it he was traded to the Carolina Hurricanes. Tribune Elite Street columnist Bob Goldsborough reports that the price on Ruutu's Lincoln Park condo has again been reduced, bringing the asking price down to $499,000 — more than $100,000 below the $612,000 he paid for it in 2006. The 2BD, 2BA condo is on Lehmann Ct, just south of Clark and Diversey, and it has a private roof deck.
