Not a tradition that should be maintained, as far as we're concerned. But curb appeal isn't everything; the interior of the home is updated and actually looks quite nice. The place has 4,600 square feet of floor space as well as plenty of outdoor space. In the 3+ years since it was first listed, nearly the price has been slashed by nearly $500,000, to the current list price of $2.35 million.
