Remember this 1BD, 1BA West Loop loft with the creamsicle-and-pink paint job? The PriceChopper took a hack at it about a month ago, and in the weeks since it's been feelin' some more PriceChopper pain. When we checked up on the place last month it was listed at $184,500 — already $70,000 below the 2004 sale price. Since then, a couple of piddly $1,000 cuts and a healthy $30,000 reduction last week have brought the asking price down another $35,000, to the current price of $150,000.
