Looks like Greystone Communities is ready to begin building the New Admiral at the Lake, a 31-story senior living community slated for Foster and Marine Drive in Edgewater. The Edgewater Community Buzz received word that groundbreaking will take place on Nov. 30. In August the Trib reported that about 78 percent of the 200 homes in the development had been reserved.
