Rumor has it that Streeterville could be getting a new rental tower. Chicago Agent Magazine's gossip column reports that Related Midwest is planning to build a 500-unit rental building at 515 N. Peshtigo. Previously, the company marketed a 358-unit condo building on that site. The developer will ditch the "Peshtigo" name, but there's no word yet on whether they'll stick with the Ralph Johnson design. Via YoChicago [Chicago Agent Magazine]
