Remember this sunny, Studio Dwell-designed 2BD, 2BA condo on West Division Street? We ogled it last month, admiring the 1,500 square-foot roof deck and owner Daren Puffer's collection of antiques (view photos here). After buying the home for the pre-construction price of $520,000, Puffer listed the place for $679,800 in September. "That is a huge bargain!" wrote one anonymous commenter. But Realtor Eric Rojas chimed in, noting that in the past 12 months exactly zero 2BD apartments had sold for more than $600K in Wicker Park (yes, we called it Wicker Park, but technically, on the south side of the street, it's Ukrainian Village). In the end, the home did break the $600K threshold, selling for $610,000.
