When we visited Wrightwood Crossing to check on progress late last month, construction workers and landscapers were putting the finishing touches on the building and the adjacent green space. Now, it looks like some sod has been laid, native grasses and trees have been installed, and on the whole, things are looking pretty shipshape. Agent Mairin Carlson says that nine of the building's 19 condos are still for sale, and they're priced from $495,000 (for a 1,252 square-foot 2BD, 2BA) to $2 million (for a 4,370 square-foot 5BD, 4.5BA duplex). Model units have been staged and an open house will be held on Saturday.
