Alas, maybe it was never meant to be. "I'm really sick of city life," says Daren Puffer, the owner of this Wicker Park condo. That's funny, because he sure knows how to put together a good-looking city home. Puffer is an antiques dealer, and he filled his place with a mix of mid-century furniture from his business. Puffer's 2BD, 2BA condo at the western edge of Wicker Park got "house of the day" treatment in the Wall Street Journal earlier this week, complete with a nice slide show. He bought the condo for $520,000 back in 2007, when the building was under construction, and it's currently listed for $679,800. The place also comes with a 1,500 square-foot roof deck and garage parking spot.
