Bulls Newcomer Kyle Korver Scores Short Sale in Glencoe

Most of the athlete real estate deals we come across involve players getting traded or cut and having to sell a home on short notice (like yesterday's news about former Blackhawk Dustin Byfuglien's home). Three-point sharpshooter Kyle Korver's story is the exact opposite. The Bulls signed the Ashton Kutcher lookalike in July, and two months later, he snagged a Glencoe McMansion for about $700,000 less than the original asking price. The 6BD, 5BA home was built in 2007, and it was first listed for $2.1 million last summer. This summer, it came back on the market as a short sale, and Korver snagged it for a reported $1.38 million.
