Chicago magazine's Dennis Rodkin wasn't joking when he wrote that for some Chicago communities "it's 2002 all over again." One good example is this handsome old brick home at 920 W. Castlewood Ter. in Margate Park, just a few doors down from Studs Terkel's old place, which is now listed for $1.35 million — the same price it sold for in 2002. The home was listed at $1.6 million in the spring, but it came on the market this week at the new reduced price. Behind the main house is a large coach house that used to serve as an architect's studio and a garage. YoChicago posted a video tour of the home in March.
